Booking of lessons or classes using our third party booking software Class for Kids

Payment for classes or lessons using third party payment software Stripe

You have entered your details directly on our website hosted by Wix. (Usually name, email and class/lesson interests)

You have entered your details to join our mailing list using our third party marketing company MailChimp. Details usually include email, name, lesson/class interests or other preference information related to our services.

Video/Photography Consent

We will ask you for permission before taking videos/photographs of you and/ or your child taking part in musical activities or activities associated with Music Collective Scotland. Permission can be granted via Class for Kids, permission slips or via written confirmation for individual circumstances. Photos/Videos will be used responsibly and may be posted on social media platforms, our website, email marketing or shared with current school members. Consent can be withdrawn at anytime.
How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in third party organisations data which is only accessible from staff account login. Exports of contact data are stored electronically on a business cloud storage (Dropbox) which is only accessible to staff in part via password or on a password protected device.
We keep contact details for 2 years after leaving of the school. We will then dispose your information by removing/deleting electronic data. Almost all of our data recorded is now processed electronically. Any data collected in paper form will be shredded. Please note that third party organisations that we use have their own policy on data disposal.
