🎼 About Music Collective Scotland
Music Collective Scotland is an independent music school offering high-quality, inclusive music lessons for children and adults across Dundee and Angus.
We offer one-to-one and small group tuition in piano, voice, guitar, drums, strings, and more — taught by a diverse and experienced team of musicians and educators. Our tutors include GTCS-registered teachers, active performers, and carefully trained junior tutors who specialise in beginner tuition.

We believe that music should be enjoyable, inspiring, and accessible from the very first lesson. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time, returning to music after a break, or preparing for exams, we’ll match you with the right teacher and support you every step of the way.

We teach from our two fully equipped studios in Dundee (Foundry Lane) and Arbroath (The Millgate), serving families across Angus and Tayside.
🎓 Our Team and
Teaching Approach
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to excellence in music education. Our teachers bring a mix of formal training, performance experience, and a passion for teaching that helps every student thrive.
We also run a Junior Teacher Training Scheme, where selected senior students lead beginner 1:1 lessons and junior group classes. These tutors undergo ongoing training and mentoring from our senior staff and deliver lessons at the same pricing and structure as our qualified tutors — providing outstanding value for beginners.

📖 Our Story
Founded in 2018 by musicians and educators Nicole and Eoin Tonner, Music Collective Scotland began with a single early years class in Arbroath. Since then, it has grown into a thriving music school with two full-time studio locations, a team of over a dozen tutors, and more than 350 pupils attending each week.

As GTCS-registered teachers and Royal Conservatoire of Scotland graduates, Nicole and Eoin bring a deep commitment to musical learning and teacher development. Today, MCS is not only a music school — it's a creative community that supports pupils, families, and the next generation of music educators.
