You can book classes and group lessons through the 'Book a class' page on your website. For individual lessons, please get in touch with us directly and we will provide you availability and provide a enrolment link.

New pupils can pay at the time of booking through our online payment system, which accepts various debit and credit cards. Recurring class pupils will receive a booking confirmation before each block with a payment link. Recurring individual pupils will receive a monthly invoice payable via direct debit. Group lesson payments are spread over 11 months, with no payments in July.

Yes, absolutely. It is possible to book a trial class or lesson at the time of booking. Most of our trial classes and lessons are charged at a single class/lesson rate, although some classes have a free trial option.

After your trial lesson, you will be invited to continue with your class/lesson through our booking system, which you can accept or decline.

No, our system automatically enrolls students into their existing classes and lessons. This ensures you keep your spot until you decide otherwise. You will receive an email confirmation before each block with a link to make a payment.

No, our studios operate during term time only, following the local authority's term dates. These dates are published a year in advance on our website homepage. Individual lessons during school holidays can be arranged by mutual agreement between the pupil and teacher, but there is no obligation for either party.

To cancel individual lessons, a written notice is required 4 weeks in advance. For group classes, a 24-hour notice is needed. All cancellation notices should be emailed to info@musiccollectivescotland.com.

On our booking system, if the class is full you will be given to option to join a waiting list. As soon as a space becomes available, we will notify you by email.
